As IONOS, we undertook the critical mission of caring for the plane trees at the Katerini Riding Club. We applied foliar mycorrhizal preparations through spraying and watering to combat Canker Stain, a severe disease caused by the fungus Ceratocystis platani that threatens these trees.
Why is this important? Canker Stain can lead to the necrosis and death of plane trees. This proactive measure by our team is crucial for limiting the infestation!
Innovation in action: In a subsequent phase, we will repeat the applications with copper-based preparations using a drone to further limit the fungus and protect against its spread.
