Return Policy
Due to the nature and value of the product, delivery is carried out personally and free of charge throughout Greece. An IONOS employee delivers all drones by appointment at a predetermined time, day, and location. Before and during the delivery, IONOS provides the necessary training to the buyer on software systems and mechanical components of the purchased product, in whichever way is deemed most suitable and efficient. Training is included in the purchase price and is essential for the product delivery.
Payment Terms
Depending on the quantity of the order and the selected product type, payment terms may vary.
In the case of an order, we inform the customer in writing via email about the payment terms for the specific model and selected quantity, using the email address provided during the purchase.
The email addresses provided during the purchase are used exclusively for order management and are not retained in any form.
