Agricultural drone training
The specialty of IONOS! Become independent with this technology.
The package includes comprehensive digital materials and specialized videos for the trainee’s theoretical training. Two exams are administered, asynchronously and online, through the IONOS training center. We provide ongoing support for obtaining the Registered UAS Operator diploma and the Operator Proficiency Certificate from the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA).
Hands-on training courses using drones provided by IONOS. The training focuses on introductory precision exercises and maneuvers essential for basic monitoring activities, providing the ideal foundation for specialized aerial operations. Training is conducted in small groups of 3–4 people. Depending on the pilot’s level of experience, 2 to 3 sessions are recommended to ensure full familiarity with the material.
Practical group lessons using IONOS equipment, focused on camera navigation for maximum situational awareness. Training takes place in small groups of 3–4 people, with a recommended duration of 2 sessions per group.
Intensive Course on Precision Agriculture Applications Using Drones – Entry Level
A four-day intensive training program that provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of agricultural drones.
• Theoretical Training (2 days) Specialized instruction from agronomists, experienced instructors, and technical staff. Includes modules on meteorology, crop nutrition, risk assessment, legislation, and more.
• Practical Application (2 days) Field training using real-world case scenarios and IONOS’s crop-spraying drones.
Upon completion of the course, an official Certificate of Attendance is provided by IONOS.
