The order becomes valid only upon sending the written confirmation sent by the seller.
After confirming the order, the seller agrees to deliver the ordered product to the customer, in good condition and
bearing in mind the deadlines set in the confirmation.
The safe operation of the products is linked to the training provided by the TTA-appointed factory trainer. If the drone is operated without training, the warranty will be void.
The products are sold with 1 year manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer investigates each warranty case based on the log files in the drone. The warranty only applies to the intended operation by a person who has carried out the training in accordance with the legislation in force. If a drone failure is caused by a personal error or inattention, the buyer is not entitled to warranty repair.
