Because of nature and value of the product, delivery is done personally and free of charge throughout Hellas.An employee of IONOS delivers, after consultation, a predetermined hour, day and location of all drones.Before and during delivery, IONOS provides the required training to buyer, in software systems and mechanical parts of the purchased product,in any way consider most appropriate and more efficient.Training is included in the purchase price and is necessary for the delivery of the product.
Terms of Payment
Depending on the quantity of the order and the type of ordered products,
payment terms may vary.
In case of order, we inform the customer in writing via emails about payment terms for this model and the selected quantity, at
e-mail given at purchase.
